At Bluffton Craniosacral & Tongue Tie Therapy, we specialize in craniosacral therapy, tongue ties, and infant feeding. Nikole Willman, an experienced occupational therapist, uses craniosacral therapy with infants, children, and adults to release fascia tension in the body and balance the nervous system to help a variety of issues such as difficulty latching, poor suck, torticollis, reflux, headaches, pain, anxiety, trauma, and much more.

 

We go beyond traditional therapy by focusing on creating a supportive practice setting where time is dedicated to treatment, answering questions, conversation, and education.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY & BODYWORK

Using gentle manual therapy, we balance and calm the nervous system, improve sensory regulation, relax fascia tension in the body, gain range of motion for developmental motor skills, & establish a deeper latch for feeding.

TONGUE TIES

Our approach combines bodywork and oral motor work pre and post-frenectomy (oral tie release) to improve oral function, feeding, latch, suck coordination and endurance, body symmetry, head positioning, and developmental motor skills.

THE TUMMYTIME!™ METHOD

Combining manual work and The TummyTime!™ Method to help regulate the nervous system, develop neck & upper body strength, improve tummy time enjoyment, and enhance motor skills.

INFANT FEEDING

As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, support for both breastfeeding and bottle feeding, such as positioning, strengthening oral motor skills, and providing strategies to achieve a deeper latch, are integrated into bodywork sessions.

We also work with toddlers, children, teens, and adults to address pain and tension, tongue ties, sensory regulation, body awareness, tactile sensitivity, and overall ease of movement and coordination. Click here to learn more.

Nikole Willman, OTR/L, CBS

Nikole Willman brings over two decades of experience as an Occupational Therapist specializing in craniosacral therapy, The TummyTime!™ Method, tongue ties, sensory regulation, bodywork, infant feeding, developmental motor skills, and parent education to her boutique private practice, Bluffton Craniosacral & Tongue Tie Therapy.


Nikole invests in getting to know her clients, building trusting and supportive relationships that create space for healing and success. Working with clients of all ages, Nikole helps them heal their bodies through evidence-based therapy techniques that lead to tangible improvements.

As a mom to 3 tongue-tied children and also having her own ties released as an adult, Nikole understands what the families she serves are going through. She helps to identify the issues, sets a clear plan, and helps to guide her patients through the healing process. Craniosacral Therapy has also been an integral part of her own life, having worked with a craniosacral therapist to help her heal after a severe concussion and whiplash.

With a commitment to providing highly-personalized care, Nikole values seeing clients without the restrictions placed on services by managed care. For clients who wish to receive out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance, we will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit.
